Ricker’s Presents Pendleton’s Outfitter’s Inc With Check

Pendleton, IN – Ricker Oil presented Outfitter’s Inc. in Pendleton with a check for $4,000 in support of the local nonprofit’s effort, which is to provide new and quality used in-style clothing to low-income children in South Madison County.

The event took place yesterday at the Ext. 14 Ricker’s location in Pendleton (7175 SR 67). Ricker’s mascot, “Pops The Clown,” was also in attendance, as he posed for photos and conducted the check presentation.

The contribution was part of Ricker’s “Caring For Our Communities’ Charities” campaign, in which Ricker’s works to positively impact Indiana’s communities by providing support for local charitable organizations, such as Outfitters.

“We want to touch the communities where we do business in a more personal way,”  said Jay Ricker, Founder and CEO of Ricker Oil.  “Supporting organizations like Outfitters that make a tangible difference in their towns is a way for us to accomplish this.”

Ricker’s plans to continue its efforts, and hopes to provide similar support for designated charitable organizations in each of the communities where its 50 convenience stores are located by the end of the year.
