Wages

Ricker’s believes that employees that work hard and perform well should be rewarded. Store managers are salaried; all other team members earn an hourly rate. Full time employees are scheduled 30 or more hours per week. Part time employees are scheduled less than 30 hours per week. Hours may vary from week to week.

Service Specialist and Food Service Specialist

  1. Base Wage: $9.00/hour
  2. Base Wage after one (1) year: $10.00/hour
  3. Shift Premiums – 2nd shift: .50¢/hour, and 3rd shift: $2.00/hour

Food Service

  1. Food Service Leader Wage Range: $13.00 – $15.00/hour
  2. Assistant Food Service Leader Wage Range: $10.50 – $12.00/hour
  3. Shift Premiums – 2nd shift: .50¢/hour, and 3rd shift: $2.00/hour

Associate Store Leader

  1. Base Wage Range: $12.00 – $14.00/hour
  2. Shift Premiums – 2nd shift: .50¢/hour, and 3rd shift: $2.00/hour
  3. Bonus Opportunities: Annual potential (paid quarterly): $4,000/year

Store Manager

  1. Salary Range: $40,000 – $51,000/annual, plus variable compensation potential of $10,000

Hourly Pay Incentives

  1. Employee of the month recipient – $100.00 bonus
  2. Employee of the year recipient – $500.00 bonus
  3. Mystery shop bonus – $25.00 bonus upon successful completion

Pay Incentives

  1. Annual Management Review – performance and compensation review
  2. Manager of the quarter – $300.00 bonus
  3. Manager of the year – $1,000 bonus
  4. Mystery shop bonus – $25.00 bonus upon successful passing completion
