Wages

Ricker’s believes that employees that work hard and perform well should be rewarded. Store managers are salaried; all other team members earn an hourly rate. Full time employees are scheduled 30 or more hours per week. Part time employees are scheduled less than 30 hours per week. Hours may vary from week to week.

Customer Service Representative

  1. Base Wage: $8.00/hour
  2. Shift Premiums: 2nd shift: $0.50/hour, 3rd shift: $1.50/hour

Food Service

  1. Subway Manager Wage Range: $10.50/hour – $13.00/hour
  2. Subway Store Manager Wage Range: $30,000 – $40,000/year
  3. Subway Assistant Manager Wage Range: $9.00/hour – $11.50/hour
  4. Food Manager (Non-Subway) Wage Range: $8.50/hour – $13.00/hour

Associate Manager

  1. Base Wage Range: $10.00 – $14.50/hour
  2. Shift Premiums: 2nd shift: $0.50/hour, 3rd shift: $1.50/hour
  3. The hourly range is determined by experience and store criteria, including: Customer Counts, Inside sales, Fuel gallons, Food service, Hours of Operation and Store Specific Challenges

Store Manager

  1. Salary Range: $30,000 – $60,000/year
  2. Salary is determined by experience and store criteria, including: Customer Counts, Inside sales, Fuel gallons, Food service, Hours of Operation and Store Specific Challenges

Hourly Pay Incentives

  1. 30 day review – performance only
  2. 90 day review – performance only
  3. Annual review – performance and compensation review
  4. Employee of the month recipient – $100.00 bonus
  5. Employee of the year recipient – $500.00 bonus
  6. Mystery shop bonus – $25.00 bonus upon successful completion

  2. Manager of the quarter – $100.00 bonus
  3. Manager of the year – $1000 bonus
  4. Mystery shop bonus – $25.00 bonus upon successful completion
