Orientation training is important as it introduces the company’s mission, goals, expectations, and all the information a new team member will need to be successful in the job.New team members will receive hands on training as well as participate in a web based training program. A trainer will work side-by-side with the new team member in the store. This one-on-one, on the job training has proven to be very effective in preparing the new team member.
Training is ongoing and continues throughout every team member’s career with Ricker’s. The ongoing training may include one-on-one meetings, store meetings, and web based training.Training is expected to continually improve skills and abilities as well as train and support other team members.
