Ricker’s offers a variety of benefits with employment opportunities. The benefits listed are only a summary and from time to time are subject to change.
Insurance Benefits
- Health – Three levels of coverage are offered with Ricker’s paying approximately 70% of the premium for the employee
- Dental – Voluntary benefit
- Life – Voluntary benefit (including spouse and children)
- Vision – Voluntary benefit
- Part time employees are eligible for the health product; however, the company does not contribute to premiums
Financial Benefits
- 401(k) – Employees are eligible to participate after 30 days of employment. Ricker’s matches the employee’s contributions, after 12 months of employment, at a rate of 50% up to 5% of their annual pay
Vacation Benefits
Vacation accrues on employment status and years of service as shown in the following schedule:
- 0-4 Years of Service: 1.54 Full-Time Hours per Pay
- 5-9 Years of Service: 3.08 Full-Time Hours per Pay
- 10-19 Years of Service: 4.62 Full-Time Hours per Pay
- 20+ Years of Service: 6.15 Full-Time Hours per Pay
- 0-4 Years of Service: .62 Part-Time Hours per Pay
- 5-9 Years of Service: .93 Part-Time Hours per Pay
- 10-19 Years of Service: 1.23 Part-Time Hours per Pay
- 20+ Years of Service: 1.54 Part-Time Hours per Pay
Paid Holidays
- Thanksgiving – Working hourly personnel are paid time and a half (1.5 of base wage)
- Christmas – Working hourly personnel are paid double time (2 times base wage)
